Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. If you choose to provide it, we also collect your phone number. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Razorpay and we receive confirmation of the transaction; we do not store your full card or bank details. We also collect basic usage information such as which resources you access.
2. How we use your information
We use your email address and phone number to:
- create and manage your account and sign you in;
- deliver the PDFs, PPTs and other resources you purchase;
- send essential service messages (receipts, access links, account notices);
- send marketing and promotional updates about our courses and offers, unless you opt out.
You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Corporatenomy: Google (sign-in), Supabase (secure database and authentication), Vercel (website hosting) and Razorpay (payments). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at corporatenomy@gmail.com.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
7. Children
Corporatenomy is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Corporatenomy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Corporatenomy provides educational content including videos, downloadable PDFs and PPTs, and MCQ practice. Some content is free and some is paid.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
4. Payments & pricing
Prices for paid resources are shown on the site and are payable through Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added. Access to a paid resource is granted after successful payment.
5. Licence & permitted use
Paid resources are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. You may not copy, resell, share, republish or distribute them. All content remains the intellectual property of Corporatenomy.
6. No guarantee of results
Our content is educational. We do not guarantee any specific exam, career or financial outcome.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Corporatenomy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All resources sold on Corporatenomy are digital and are delivered instantly on successful payment. All sales are final and no refunds are provided once a purchase is made. Please review the description of each resource carefully before you buy.
The only exception is a technical failure where your payment was successful but access to the resource was not delivered. In that case, email us at corporatenomy@gmail.com and we will restore your access or reverse that specific charge.
